The principals and owners of
Cardinal Capital are Amy Minella, Gene Fox and Rob Kirkpatrick, experienced investment
professionals who have been in the investment industry since the 1980s.
Ms. Minella, the Managing Partner, formed Deltec Asset Management's high yield bond business
in 1986, prior to founding Cardinal Capital in 1995. She was previously a member of the
corporate finance department at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Fox joined Ms. Minella at Deltec in
1993 to establish the value equity business and came to Cardinal shortly after its
founding. Previously, Mr. Fox was the Director of Pension Investments at FMC Corporation.
Mr. Kirkpatrick joined Cardinal in 2000 from Breeco Management LP. Previously, Mr.
Kirkpatrick held senior investment positions at an international private investment fund,
a venture capital investment firm and CIGNA Corporation.
From the firm’s Greenwich, Connecticut office, Cardinal Capital manages in excess of
$1.7 billion in its small, small-to-mid and mid cap value equity strategies. Cardinal’s clients include
endowments, public and private pension funds and high net worth individuals. Funds are
managed through separately managed accounts for investments in excess of $5 million. A
pooled investment vehicle is available for investments of less than $5 million.
